MobileCoupons.com provides a robust platform that allows mobile consumers to find, redeem and share digital coupons while on the go. Our web-based coupon creator allows merchants to easily create branded, bar code enabled coupons that can be published to mobile users in real-time. Mobile consumers can search our database of offers from their desktop computers on the web, from their wireless web browsers on their mobile phones and from our location-enabled iPhone and Android downloadable apps. MobileCoupons.com has built an end-to-end system that connects consumers and merchants at the exact moment a purchase decision is being made, when a consumer is out and about and searching for a product or service.

MobileCoupons.com is a fully owned subsidiary of RACO Industries, LLC. RACO has been designing, building and hosting mobile applications through its OpenMotion brand since 2003 and has managed large scale mobile initiatives for several well known consumer brands including: Yellowpages.com, Ticketmaster, Expedia, and Hotels.com. To date, OpenMotion’s applications have generated nearly one billion mobile page views. Founded in 1988, RACO Industries is a leading provider of barcoding, POS (Point of Sale), LBS (Location Based Services) and mobile computing solutions. RACO’s strong background in barcoding, application development and mobility lead to the purchase of the mobilecoupons.com domain name in late 2003. After waiting several years for the wireless market to mature, MobileCoupons.com was officially launched in December of 2009.

Rob Adams

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Rob Adams is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Rob has launched and led several profitable internet commerce companies. Rob founded MobileCoupons.com’s parent company RACO Industries in 1988 with a vision of building a leading sales and customer service organization by combining internet technology, mission critical systems, and outstanding customer focused people. Rob’s successful execution of this vision has been recognized four years in a row by being honored with the Pinnacle Award from Deloitte and Touche and other organizations.

Rob Deubell

President & COO

Rob is a cofounder of MobileCoupons.com and OpenMotion LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, business development, program management, and operations for the company. Rob has held senior management positions in business development, sales, and program management for various information technology companies prior to joining the company.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with honors, from the University of Cincinnati. He and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Chris Francosky

CTO

Chris Francosky became the company’s CTO in June of 2000. His primary responsibilities include overseeing a talented staff of software and network engineers, evaluating and deploying technology solutions to improve internal business processes and managing MobileCoupons.com’s state-of-the-art datacenter. Chris has several years experience managing both Location Based Service and Wireless Application Development projects. He is currently leading the development efforts of MobileCoupons.com. Prior to joining MobileCoupons.com, Chris was a Network Engineer fo ther Cendant Corporation. Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and holds several industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
